30-day return window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to return an item

1. Email hello@maisonvert.shop with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send return instructions and a shipping address within 24 hours.
3. Ship the item back using a tracked service — return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
4. Refund is processed within 5 business days of receipt to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required.

Non-returnable items

Personal care products (skincare, bath), sale items, and gift cards are final sale.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After that, please follow the return process above once your order arrives.
